Ta' Maria is an old converted townhouse in the tranquil village of Xewkija, Gozo, Malta.  This accommodation is one of the oldest Gozitan farmhouses, being now around 200 years old.  Ta' Maria, an ideal place for family holidays, consists of 2 double and 2 single bedrooms.  A large combined kitchen, dining and sitting room provides a cosy environment for all the family.  Moreover, this vacation rental which is on a self-catering basis is also complemented with a private swimming pool and a spa.

This house of character consists of two floors; a ground floor and a first floor.  In the ground floor one finds a large combined kitchen, dining and sitting room.  The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils.  There is a double bedroom and a single bedroom with 2 beds in the ground floor together with a bathroom.  Outside one finds a south facing triangular shaped pool measuring 3.7 by 3 metres and a 1.75 diameter spa.  An external staircase leads to the first floor where one finds a double bedroom, a single bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom and a well sized sun terrace.

This beautiful farmhouse sleeps eight comfortably in its four bedrooms plus a cot is freely provided if you decide to bring a baby.  Furnished in very rare antique furniture this house successfully merges the old with the new.  A cable television, telephone, CD player, washing machine and a gas fired barbeque are some of the modern facilities offered in this house.

Ta' Maria farmhouse is very centrally located with services like bakery, pharmacy, butcher, grocery, restaurants supermarkets, diving centres, church and banking facilities all in reach within walking distance.

On your arrival you will be provided with a free welcome food pack and a bottle of Maltese wine.  A maid service and linen change is provided every week free of charge.
